Welcome to LYTE™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services provided by LYTE Lighting Kft. ("LYTE™", "we", "our", or "us").

LYTE™ designs, manufactures, and sells professional lighting products and related accessories.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations may occur.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by LYTE™.

We reserve the right to:

  1. Refuse or cancel any order.
  2. Limit quantities purchased.
  3. Request additional verification before processing an order.
  4. Cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or technical mistakes.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Acceptance occurs when the order has been shipped.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes, VAT, customs duties, or import fees depending on the destination country.

Payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

LYTE™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  6. Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. International Orders

Customers outside Hungary may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local compliance requirements.

LYTE™ is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs procedures.

7. Returns & Warranty Policy

Returns

At LYTE™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is carefully tested and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.

Due to the professional nature of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. All return requests must be approved in advance by our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
  3. After evaluation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Warranty

All LYTE™ products come with a 2-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and technical failures under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Improper installation
  2. Misuse or abuse
  3. Unauthorized modifications
  4. Accidental damage
  5. Normal wear and tear
  6. Damage caused by external factors, including power surges, water, fire, or improper storage

LYTE™ ensures spare parts availability for a minimum of 4 years from the date of purchase, allowing continued service and maintenance even beyond the warranty period.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to:

  1. Logos
  2. Product designs
  3. Trademarks
  4. Images
  5. Videos
  6. Text
  7. Documentation
  8. Software

is owned by or licensed to LYTE™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYTE™ shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect damages
  2. Consequential damages
  3. Loss of profits
  4. Business interruption
  5. Data loss
  6. Special or incidental damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Professional Use Disclaimer

Many LYTE™ products are intended for professional, commercial, industrial, event, entertainment, or architectural lighting applications.

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  1. Proper installation
  2. Compliance with local regulations
  3. Safe operation
  4. Appropriate electrical connections

Installation should be performed by qualified personnel where required.

11. Product Safety

Customers must follow all provided instructions, manuals, and safety guidelines.

Improper installation or use may result in equipment damage, personal injury, or property damage.

LYTE™ shall not be responsible for damages resulting from improper use or installation.

12. User Accounts

If users create an account on our website:

  1. They are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  2. They are responsible for all activities under their account.
  3. LYTE™ may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

13. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

LYTE™ shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:
