NEO HALF ANTI-GLARE BARNDOOR

A practical anti-glare accessory designed to reduce unwanted light spill and improve visual comfort. The half-cover design helps control the beam while maintaining the fixture’s original output and appearance. Ideal for event spaces, decorative lighting applications.

NEO BALL ADD-ON

The Ball Diffuser transforms the fixture into a decorative glowing sphere, creating soft and evenly distributed ambient light. It is ideal for tables, lounges, weddings and architectural environments where a warm and elegant lighting effect is required.

NEO CHROME MIRROR COVER

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hungary, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across Europe.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information.

Orders are shipped from within the European Union (Hungary), meaning there are no additional customs duties for deliveries within the EU.

For B2B customers within the EU, no additional customs-related costs apply.

For customers outside the EU, import duties, customs clearance, taxes, and related charges may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policies

Returns & Warranty Policy:

At LYTE™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is carefully tested and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.

Returns:

Due to the professional nature of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All return requests must be approved in advance by our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

After evaluation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Warranty:

All LYTE™ products come with a 2-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and technical failures under normal use.

LYTE™ ensures spare parts availability for a minimum of 4 years from the date of purchase, allowing continued service and maintenance even beyond the warranty period.
